Merchant of Record: All payments for Polymathe SI SaaS services are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (15 Ingram Street, Glasgow G1 1HA, Scotland — company no. SC430841). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record: it is the legal seller, processes payments, collects and remits VAT, issues invoices, and handles refunds. Paddle's terms apply to all transactions.
Scope
These terms apply exclusively to the following SaaS services:
- Renkany — SaaS ticket and project management application (renkany.com)
- DictaVox — AI-powered automatic audio/video transcription platform (dictavox.com)
They do not apply to B2B engagements (audit, custom development, maintenance), which are governed by the B2B Terms of Sale.
Acceptance
Any registration, subscription, or payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Renkany — Terms of Use & Sale
Renkany is a SaaS application for ticket, project, and client request management.
Terms of Use
Access to the service
Access to Renkany requires account creation and acceptance of these terms. Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. The service is provided "as is"; Polymathe SI endeavours to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
User account
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any use under a user's credentials is deemed to be made by that user. In case of loss or fraudulent use, the user must immediately notify Polymathe SI at contact@renkany.com.
User obligations
- Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws;
- Not attempt to access other users' data;
- Not disrupt the service (attacks, automated scripts, etc.);
- Not transmit unlawful, defamatory, or third-party-infringing content.
Intellectual property
Renkany and all its components (interface, code, database, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Polymathe SI. Data entered by users belongs to them; Polymathe SI claims no ownership over that data.
Limitation of liability
Polymathe SI shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. Liability is limited to amounts actually paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Users may cancel their account at any time. Polymathe SI reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases.
Sales Terms
Plans and pricing
Available subscriptions (prices excl. VAT):
- Starter — Free, basic features
- Pro — Monthly or annual, advanced features
- Business — Monthly or annual, full features
- Enterprise — Custom quote (contact us)
Current pricing is displayed in your account billing area. Polymathe SI reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Order and payment
Subscriptions are activated from your account billing area. Payment is processed through Paddle's secure payment interface. Renkany never stores your payment data. The subscription is activated immediately upon Paddle's payment confirmation.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual), unless cancelled beforehand from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period; no refund is issued for unused months.
Right of withdrawal & waiver by use
Free plan available before subscribing: Renkany offers a permanent free account allowing full use of the service with no time limit before any paid commitment. By subscribing to a paid plan, the user acts with full knowledge of the service. The paid subscription is a deliberate, informed decision.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, any consumer has 14 calendar days from subscription to withdraw, without providing a reason, provided they have not yet used the paid features.
Express waiver of the right of withdrawal: pursuant to Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by activating your paid subscription and using Renkany (creating a ticket, project, or any data), you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the moment you begin using the service. No refund can be granted for any period already consumed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses acting in the course of their trade.
VAT and invoicing
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, collects and remits applicable VAT based on the buyer's location. Invoices are issued by Paddle and delivered by email.
DictaVox — Terms of Use & Sale
DictaVox is an AI-powered automatic audio/video transcription platform (Mistral Voxtral model, optimised for French).
Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Limited processes all DictaVox payments (PCI-DSS certified). DictaVox never stores any payment data. Paddle's buyer terms apply to every transaction.
Terms of Use & Sale
Purpose
These terms govern the use of DictaVox. Any use of the service implies unconditional acceptance.
Free tier
Every new user receives 120 minutes (2 hours) of free transcription upon sign-up, with no credit card required.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions provide a fixed monthly quota automatically refreshed each month (prices excl. VAT):
- Starter: 6 h/month (360 min) — €10/month
- Pro: 15 h/month (900 min) — €20/month
- Enterprise: 50 h/month (3,000 min) — €50/month
Monthly quota is NOT cumulative: unused minutes do not carry over to the following month. You pay for a fixed monthly quota, independent of previous months.
Renewal and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of the subscription date, unless cancelled beforehand. The quota refreshes immediately after billing. EU VAT-registered businesses may enter their VAT number at Paddle checkout to benefit from reverse charge (zero-rated invoice).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the free tier.
Service quality and technical limits
DictaVox uses Mistral Voxtral, optimised for French. Quality depends on audio clarity. DictaVox does not guarantee 100% accuracy — human review is recommended for critical use cases.
- Maximum file size: 3 GB
- Accepted formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG, MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, WebM
- Duration: automatic splitting every 14 minutes
User obligations
Users are solely responsible for the content of uploaded files. They warrant that they hold the necessary rights and comply with applicable law. DictaVox shall not be liable for any unlawful use of the service.
Right of withdrawal & waiver by use
Free trial before subscribing: DictaVox offers 2 hours of free transcription to every new account, with no credit card required. Users have ample opportunity to evaluate the service before any paid commitment. Subscribing to a paid plan is a deliberate, informed decision.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription date, provided you have not yet started any paid transcription.
Express waiver of the right of withdrawal: pursuant to Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by starting your first transcription on a paid subscription, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for consumed minutes. Transcription minutes already used are never refundable, regardless of the date. Requests: contact@dictavox.com.
Intellectual property
DictaVox and its components are the property of Polymathe SI. Generated transcriptions are the exclusive property of the user.
Audio files and data
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable settlement. Failing that, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory rights provided by the legislation of your country of residence remain applicable.
