Effective June 10, 2026 — Polymathe SI SaaS Services
This policy applies exclusively to subscriptions to Polymathe Solutions Informatiques (Polymathe SI) SaaS services: DictaVox, Renkany, and any future SaaS service published on polymathe.net.
It does not apply to B2B engagements (audit, custom development, maintenance), which are governed by the B2B Terms of Sale.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection laws, any consumer residing in the European Union has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, provided they have not yet begun using the paid service. This right applies to new subscriptions (first payment only), not to renewals. It does not apply to businesses acting in the course of their trade.
If you have not yet used the paid service and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, contact us at contact@polymathe.net with the subject "Withdrawal — [Service Name]". A full refund will be issued by Paddle within 14 business days.
After the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are not guaranteed except in the following cases:
Consumed minutes or resource quotas are non-refundable.
Free plans (Starter, Free tier) involve no payment and are therefore outside the scope of this policy.
To request a refund:
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining period, except in the cases described in section 3.
