Merchant of Record: all transactions on Renkany are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (15 Ingram Street, Glasgow G1 1HA, Scotland — company no. SC430841). Paddle acts as Merchant of Record: it is the legal seller, processes payments, collects and remits VAT, issues invoices, and handles refunds. Paddle's terms apply to all transactions.
Access to Renkany requires creating an account and accepting these Terms. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.
Access is provided "as is". Polymathe SI strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during maintenance, technical incidents, or force majeure events.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any use of the account with their credentials is deemed to be made by the user. In case of loss or unauthorized use, the user must immediately notify Polymathe SI at contact@renkany.com.
Users agree to:
Renkany and all its components (interface, code, database, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Polymathe SI. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Data entered by users in the application belongs to them. Polymathe SI claims no ownership over this data.
Polymathe SI shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Polymathe SI's liability is in all cases limited to amounts actually paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their billing dashboard. Polymathe SI reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases.
Polymathe SI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
These Terms of Sale govern the subscription to paid plans on Renkany, a SaaS application for ticket, project, and client request management.
Current pricing is displayed on your account's billing page. Polymathe SI reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions are purchased from your account's billing dashboard via Paddle's secure payment interface. Renkany never stores your payment data. Your subscription is activated immediately after Paddle confirms the payment.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual), unless cancelled beforehand. A reminder email is sent before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
EU consumers (individuals acting outside their professional capacity) have 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses acting in the course of their professional activity.
As Merchant of Record, Paddle collects and remits applicable taxes based on the buyer's location. Invoices are issued by Paddle and sent by email.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to French courts.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund: contact@renkany.com with your Paddle order number.
EU consumers have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise this right, email contact@renkany.com within 14 days of your subscription date, stating your intent to withdraw and your order number.
Beyond the 14-day legal period, Renkany may, on a case-by-case commercial basis, grant partial or full refunds in the following situations:

Renkany uses only essential cookies for the service (session, authentication). These do not require prior consent as they are strictly necessary for the requested service.
Paddle may process data in countries outside the EU, governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
